American Display & Fixture (ADF) is need of a local driver (CDL) that will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and pick up of general freight between its facilities in Chattanooga, TN and Dalton, GA. Most deliveries are between facilities in Chattanooga.

Duties

• Safe and timely pick-up and delivery of items related to ADF’s products.
• Accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks: paperwork related to pick up and delivery, inspection logs, fuel receipts and mileage.

Requirements

• Class A – CDL, Clean MVR, current valid Medical Examiner’s Report, and DOT Drug Screen.
• Position requires a strong attention to detail to assure safe, accurate, efficient shipment of product.
• The position entails frequent light to moderate lifting. Position also entails frequent bending, stooping, kneeling and twisting.
• This full time position requires the ability multi-task in a fast paced, deadline drive environment as well a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Works with little or no supervision.
• Must work well with others and must be punctual and reliable.
