Paramount Printing (PPC) is seeking a Manager for Digital Printing at their Dalton, GA location.

Duties:

• Lead production and ensure proper maintenance of digital printing equipment.
• Schedule production and prioritize workload in the digital printing area.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders including customer service, project managers and sales staff.
• Play a key role in bringing in new ideas and innovation for future growth in the digital printing area.
• Maintain appropriate raw materials and consumables associated with digital printing.
• Proactively support the team and company in achieving its objectives.

Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to learn and teach new technology and processes.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with digital printing equipment preferred.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
