Job Description

Creative Plastics (CP) is seeking a Saw Area Team Leader to supervise the cutting department, during the course of day to day operations. Manage work flow and employees, to ensure that production is completed efficiently and on time. Verify that products match engineered drawings, and meet quality expectations.

Desired skills, traits, and experience

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Ability to read calipers

• Ability to read GD&T drawings / blue prints

• Experience supervising groups of 3-10 employees

• Initiative & integrity are a must

• Woodworking experience is a big plus

• Ability to count parts, and keeping track of production numbers

• Ability to fill out production paperwork
