Job Overview:

This position is responsible for cleaning of the office facilities and parts of the plant for American Display & Fixture (ADF).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily and periodic deep-cleaning of office areas, break rooms and manufacturing plant
• Keep building in clean and orderly condition
• Clean, sanitize and refill inventory for all restrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and clean walls, doors, windows, woodwork and other above-floor surfaces
• Remove trash from offices and restrooms
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must comply with all Company health and safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• Working knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment
• Willingness to adapt to changes in priority or assignments, sometimes on short notice
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written English instructions as well as product-use instructions (Instructions are written in English only)
• Must be detail-oriented and take pride in doing excellent work

Required Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one to three years’ of custodial experience in warehouse or plant environment.
