American Display & Fixture (ADF) is seeking an Expeditor to be responsible for one of our largest clients' Programs and Replenishment Orders and will report to a Project Manager and be responsible for the following:

• Tracking progress of all assigned programs and replenishment orders and assuring they are completed in a timely manner and processed properly (showing as shipped in Syteline.)
• Providing pro-active, accurate and timely detailed updates to appropriate personnel such as the Project Manager, Customer Service, Production Manager and Shipping Manager.
• Assuring assembly has all items needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Information includes, but is not limited to, the following:

o Accurate and up to date prints

o Customer supplied items

o Labels

o Check off sheets

o Components needed to complete the jobs

§ Including items produced in house and items that are purchased.

• Checking an appropriate sample size of items to assure items are packaged and labeled correctly and meet expectations as it pertains to quality.

This position requires the ability to:

• Utilize computer programs such as Syteline, Shop Track and Microsoft Excel
• Communicate effectively (verbal and writing)
• Read prints
• Read a tape measure
• Work independently
