Job Description
Creative Plastics (CP) is seeking a Fixturing Lead to design and construct fixtures for production equipment, and assembly lines. Production equipment includes; CNC routers, overarm routers, table routers, table saws, miter saws, wire heaters, and rod heaters. This position will be responsible for creating fixtures for production. A qualified candidate should be able to design a fixture based upon engineered part drawings, and understanding of machinery capabilities.
Desired skills, traits, and experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read calipers
• Ability to read GD&T drawings / blue prints
• Initiative & integrity are a must
• Woodworking experience
• Critical thinking skills
• Any CAD skills would be a plus
